Finding a good home workout plan isn't easy. Sure, you can use YouTube, but the workouts in those videos don't follow a plan. I'm someone who needs consistency, not random videos that don't really work together.

Who Are These People?

I've tried following some of the routines YouTubers promote, but seriously, who even is this no-name, what are their qualifications and why should I listen to them? I've tried some okay fitness plans, but one instructor didn't even have toned muscles. How are these YouTubers creating these workout videos?

I was annoyed by the lack of reputable online resources, but I didn't want to sacrifice my fitness just because I couldn't visit the gym. That's when I found out about Onnit 6.

Omnit 6 kettlebell workout

This was a very good program. It was nice that everything is structured well. The warmup, priming, the workout, and cool down. The yoga was a nice break, but still not easy but very good which worked out great. John Wolf was very good and informative, with a lot of knowledge of correct range of motion and why. Well Worth it

I'm really glad I purchased this. I don't do it everyday, but it's a great tool in the toolkit, especially when I'm traveling, want to exercise outside in parks, or don't have access to equipment. Great Program!

Wow. Great workout program that really pushed me to my limits. I like the multi-level approach to each workout so that you can tune up (or down) the intensity. The stretching and yoga were beneficial. The transition from part 1 to 2 really took things to the next level and I enjoyed the challenge.

I enjoyed the instructors humor. They could realyl get me to laugh or smile when I could barely breathe.

An ideal program for the lockdown. All you need is a mat (or carpet, towel, etc) and a little space. Considering how hard it is to find any kind of weights, it was a great choice.

The program delivers as advertised. A well thought out body weight exercises that are simple to execute and range from beginner to advanced throughout. In addition the program emphasizes the importance of injury prevention before, during, and after the workouts. Finally, I'd like to state that there were some exercises I shifted, for example I shifted the frog squats to regular push ups because I am in the Army and must be able to do as many push ups as possible for my fitness test. I say this in the review because the exercise program explicitly states that the viewer should shift to their own personal needs whatever they may be.

A Solid 6 Week Program

I've been a fan of Onnit 6 since getting the Bodyweight and Kettlebell programs when they came out and have been through each one several times. The Barbell program is just as great. As someone who works from home, these programs not only fit into my work day/work space, but keep it easy and simple to get solid time in everyday for strength training and mobility. The various levels of each exercise keeps things interesting, and the how-to's for each are extremely helpful to refine proper technique. The integration of the warmups/cool downs, yoga, and supplemental info really make these well rounded programs that I continually go back to as part of my daily routine.
